Truly happy with my position
This is the first time I have felt truly happy with my position. I told my husband probably 100 times throughout this year how much I love my job—and I have never been able to say that before! I really enjoy working for Speech Partners and I am so happy with this company!

Work From Home - All training and therapy is conducted from your home

Flexibility -You tell us how many hours you are looking for, and we will place you in a school with matching hours. You can set up your therapy time for whatever schedule works best for you such as back-to-back sessions, breaks in the day, full or partial days.

Compensation -We hire on a W2 basis and pay your full rate for all billable services including direct and indirect time, assessments, case management, report writing, meetings, SLPA supervision, consultations, and late cancels (24-hour notice).

Benefits -We offer benefits for full time employees (32 hours/week or more) including health and life insurance, 401K with company matching, and sick PTO.

Excellent support and teamwork - We offer full support for our therapists including paid training, immediate help for questions or troubleshooting from supportive directors, and innovative teamwork approach so you will have instant access to other SLPs on our team whenever you need help covering sessions, need ideas, or need SLP community.

Excellent job security - We have 14 years precedence of being able to offer continued yearly contracts to all our SLPs.
